When will my item ship?
All items in inventory will ship the same day for orders placed before noon EST. All orders placed after noon will ship the following business day.
Inventoried items ship from our warehouse located in Butner, NC.
How do I get tracking information?
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Please contact customer service immediately so that we can stop your shipment!
Why do I see "Brand Fuel" on my credit card statement?
Brand Fuel is the third party provider of the Lenovo site.
Please contact customer service so that we can make your order a priority!
How do I use my gift card and/or check the balance?
During checkout, under payment select Gift Card instead of Credit Card. Enter your gift card code in the provided box and click apply. Any remaining balance will be available on your account for future orders.
How do I check the balance of my gift card?
Simply enter the code at checkout to review the balance remaining on your gift card.
Are there international countries that you can't ship to?
We ship all of our international orders via FedEx. Please see their list of countries not served for the most up to date information.
I didn't see what I was looking for on the site. Are other items available?
